Bonjour...

Madam Hemsley is our French teacher, who works across the Academy every week.

We have achieved our British International Schools Award and our Year 6 pupils are corresponding with a school in France!

 

Our French curriculum starts in Reception, where pupils have met Camembear, the French bear!

       

In Reception, we have learnt how to say hello, my name is..., the colours or the rainbow and can count from one to ten.

Class D and A have been eating French food.

Our topic this term is French foods and to know how to say what we would like, how to ask for foods and drinks and how to ask what would others would like.

We have been trying different French foods and we really liked them!
